Born in Waynesboro and raised in Augusta County, Denise understands the many intangible benefits of life in this beautiful piece of the Shenandoah Valley. She has a keen eye for details and great design, but most importantly, she understands the importance of relationships. Over twenty years in the public-school system has given her first-hand knowledge of the exceptional educational opportunities offered in the area, plus a unique ability to truly connect with the residents of our community.
Denise has been a resident of the Stuarts Draft area since 2002. She and her husband believe that living in the “hub” of Augusta County is the perfect place for them and enjoy nothing more than time spent with their children and grandchildren. They love to travel, and Denise is the “crew chief” for her husband’s drag racing team.
Denise is truly invested in providing a professional and personable experience for you throughout your home buying and selling process. It would be her honor to work for you!
Please call me with all of your real estate needs!
I am Sheryl Powers. I love to wake up to beautiful sunrises, drive past mountains on my way to work, and experience four distinct seasons. I now have the opportunity to share this love of the Shenandoah Valley through my work in real estate.
Because of my father’s service in the Navy and my first career in teaching, I have relocated many times in my life. I understand all the steps you need to take to prepare your home for sale in a competitive market. But most of all I can help you find the perfect place to call home because I’ve created home so many times.
For over twenty years, the families of my students valued my honesty and trustworthiness while I taught their children. During that time those attributes became the pillars of how I live my life. You will experience the same honesty and trust as we move through your real estate transaction.
Life’s great fortune has brought me to the Shenandoah Valley and Kline May Realty. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, but with Kline May and a caring trusted agent, you will have an excellent experience.
After years in the administrative and customer service field, I have found that real estate is where I belong. Prior to joining the team at Kline May, I was processing a variety of loans including real estate loans at different lending agencies in the area. That experience has provided me insightful information for my clients when it comes to finding the best local lender to help them navigate the homebuying process.
Additionally, my Associates in Business Administration from Blue Ridge Community College helps me further understand the ebb and flow of our local real estate market, including supply and demand and how that affects pricing.
With my extensive background in customer service, I really enjoying taking the time to understand exactly what my clients want and need. I pride myself on being the type of person who goes out of my way to do things for others and make sure they are well taken care of.
I’m an Augusta County native, but I know the surrounding areas just as well. I can’t travel between Highland, Pendleton or Rockingham Counties without running into someone I know.
I’m proud to say that the Shenandoah Valley is where I have called home my entire life, and the Blue Ridge Mountains is where you can find me roaming. Nothing beats a Sunday mountain ride through West Virginia except for maybe a hike or a kayak trip. When I’m not out on an adventure, you can find me in front of my sewing machine or crocheting an afghan or a scarf. I love all things crafty and adventurous!

My passion began in the home improvement industry over 20 years ago; transitioning into a full time real estate career felt natural to me, it’s what I was meant to do. Through the years I’ve truly enjoyed the process of helping people bring their visions to life with my kitchen and bath designs. I’m a very hands-on type person, and I believe it’s important to keep my clients involved during the process. I would expect nothing less myself. Also, I know firsthand how stressful buying or selling a house can be. That’s why I will strive to make this a positive and memorable experience for you!
I am from the San Diego, CA area. My family and two children reside in CA, but I am hopeful they will join us in the Valley one day! My husband, Dave, was born and raised in this area, and the beautiful stories he has shared with me about Virginia convinced me I needed to experience it for myself! The beauty here is undeniable, and I feel very blessed to live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
I’m a self-proclaimed food junkie! In my spare time, I enjoy finding delicious Mexican restaurants, trying new recipes and creating my own one of a kind dishes too. We enjoy weekend trips to the local wineries and long drives exploring our country roads. I love taking pictures of the beauty that surrounds us as well as all the animals we see along the way. I think I may be a tad obsessed.
It would be my pleasure to help with any of your real estate needs. Please contact me anytime!

Anna grew up with parents who enjoyed fixing up historic properties with their largest project becoming Harrisonburg’s first official Bed and Breakfast. She worked as an innkeeper helping grow the business for the last from 2008-2015. My name is Jonathan Bladen and I’m proud to be a Realtor with Kline May Realty. I’ve lived in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley my entire life. I was born and raised in Shenandoah County and now proudly call myself a resident of Augusta County. The beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, outstanding history and rich culture are what makes it a wonderful place to call home. I believe the local restaurants, wineries and breweries are some of the best in all of Virginia!
I have over 15 years of customer service and retail management experience in the wireless and banking industries, respectively. Along the way, I’ve developed a love for connecting with people and helping them acheive their goals.
I enjoy nothing more than assisting buyers in the house-hunting experience. Purchasing a new home can be stressful. However, making sure the process is seamless and positive is what I do best. I enjoy researching properties. I also love hitting the road and showing houses.
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, I have a skill set and determination that allows me to provide an experience that is positive and hassle-free. My knowledge of the real estate market paired with all the tools and resources offered at Kline May Realty make a winning combination for Sellers, as well.
I believe everyone’s situation is unique, especially in real estate. I take great pride in going above and beyond for my clients to ensure all of their buying and selling needs are met. Big or small, let me help you acheive your real estate goals!
Thank you for choosing the Shenandoah Valley to call “Home.” Let me introduce myself. I am Sandra (Sandi) Ragland Painter, and I attended Virginia Tech. I majored in both Art and Horticulture, which ultimately led me to my career in real estate. In addition, I had been a state licensed Horticulturist for many years.
Licensed in real estate in 2003 and having completed the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation (GRI) in 2004, I have enjoyed helping a range of clients with their real estate transactions. From the “first time buyers” to the “seasoned pros,” I take pride in my ability to listen and truly assess my client’s needs. These are skills I have continually developed thanks to the 20+ years I have spent in the home improvement industry.
My art training in college instilled in me a love of architecture and design, and my horticulture classes come in handy in the garden. As a homeowner, most days you will find me in my own garden or even trying my hand at a new DIY project. I welcome your questions about these topics, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
I graduated locally from Waynesboro High School, and the Valley has always been home for me. I now reside in Augusta County with my husband Doug and cat “Max.” We have one son and three amazing grandchildren, who we love spending time with.
I am excited to share my knowledge to help find YOU the perfect place to call “Home.” Whether you are looking for new construction, a fixer upper, or a peaceful mountain retreat, I welcome the opportunity to assist you.
I arrived in the Shenandoah Valley from Colorado by way of Martha’s Vineyard in the late 1990’s. The Shenandoah Valley seemed to me to be the perfect middle ground between the two. It didn’t take long to fall in love with the whimsical, out-of-the-way country roads that can easily have you wondering where the horse and buggy are, or have you dreaming, longingly, for the simple life. This is a magical place that I have grown to love fondly in the time I have been here, and I understand the unique characteristics of the area as well as the benefits of living and working here.
Because of the two major relocations I myself have made, I have come to specialize in the relocation market; however, I work diligently for my clients whether buying or selling. From the beginning of a transaction until the final close, I am a staunch advocate for you. By using state of the art technology, I can provide you with the best information and market data so you can be well-equipped to hold the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand that buying or selling may be one of the biggest decisions in your life, and I will always be honest with you and work hard to get you a fair price. I want to be there for you from your first transaction to your last! I want to be your Realtor® for life.
The Valley is now my home. We have raised three incredible children in the area and now have three Australian Cattledogs, plus their mom. At home, you will find me reading, cooking, gardening, or walking…of course, that is with one, if not all, of my canine babies on my heels or in my arms.
