A part of the real estate industry since 1994, I have had the unique opportunity to develop market knowledge beyond real estate in the Shenandoah Valley. Having been licensed in several states including Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia, I have a strong appreciation for this industry that dates to my childhood.
I was raised in West Virginia on a farm in Fayette County. My dad, Dewey H. Ball, owned a real estate business and a radio repair shop. Having the best of two worlds, both the city and the country, I grew a fond appreciation of creating home wherever you may land.
I am experienced in buying and selling of residential properties both new construction and existing homes. I have extensive knowledge of the mortgage process and lenders programs and am very familiar with the concerns and needs of military families as they transition. Over the years I have been able to keep up with the fast-paced industry changes in the world of technology and social media to better serve my clients.
Living in Augusta County for almost 8 years, my strong understanding of the real estate market and this community, helps me better serve you. I enjoy living in this area with my husband, Frank, and being close to my daughter and two granddaughters. It’s also a wonderful area to hike, garden, and volunteer.
If you are considering buying or selling a home, or would just like to have additional information about real estate in your area (or outside of Virginia), please contact me. I am always available for text, calls, and/or email.
