  • Monica Lundy

My name is Monica Lundy, and I have been a licensed Realtor since 2001.  I have earned production awards every full year since and have been able to navigate both buyers and sellers through the sometimes rough waters of negotiations, accomplishing this both in the good years, and the not so good years.

I can offer my sellers the ability to stage their home, at no extra cost to you, giving your home the best “foot forward” in this competitive market.

So, whether you are a first-time buyer or last-time buyer, you will appreciate the hard work and honesty that I will provide.

I am on the advisory committee for Young Life College and have been affiliated with Young Life for about 10 years. A few years ago, I joined the planning committee of the Shenandoah Valley Prayer Breakfast. Both of these organizations are near and dear to my heart.

In my spare time (haha), I enjoy being with my family, who all live near-by.  I am married to Jeff, whom I met at Grace Covenant doing the “Lamb of God” production. We thoroughly enjoy our five grandchildren, who keep us on the go. Also, we enjoy spending time with one another, whether it’s working in the yard on our huge garden or having some quiet time together enjoying our gorgeous mountain views.

If you read this and think I can help you with buying or selling or even staging, please let me know.

  • Laurinda Peters

I’m Laurinda Peters. I love people, I love houses, and I love everything about creating ‘HOME.’ Becoming a Realtor has been a perfect fit for me!

Buying a new Home is one of the most important decisions of a lifetime. All of life flows from the foundation of ‘Home,’ and I understand how important it is to find the perfect match for your lifestyle and your budget. Not only will I find a house that is your perfect fit, but I will walk with you through the buying process until you have happily secured the keys to your new home.

Like buying a home, selling a home is a time of great transition. While transition can be exciting, it can also present unfamiliar demands on your time, energy, and emotions. I will do the work of selling your house so you can be free to do the work of planning and moving into the next exciting chapter of your life. I, along with Kline May, will professionally market your home. We will highlight its unique qualities and enable buyers to fully appreciate its value.

Whether you are planning to sell your home.. shop for a new one … or BOTH; I am confident I can help your transition flow as quickly and effortlessly as possible, and I would love the opportunity to serve you in this way. Please call, email, or text me anytime. If I’m not able to answer immediately, I will return your call promptly.

If you would like to know a bit of my background, I grew up east of Richmond, VA and have lived in the Shenandoah Valley for 30+ years since coming to school at JMU. My husband and I own Shenandoah Paint and Decorating Center and have helped folks beautify their homes in the valley for over 30 years! We have 3 grown children and our favorite thing is to hang out together as a family over early morning coffee or late night chats and solve all the world’s problems. We are, of course, always successful and have saved the world many times over. You are very welcome : )
